Discovery-Scan-Roadmap-Implement 4 Phase Approach 

Phase 1: Discovery

An experienced C-level SBT team will explore and discover with your Executive team your specific Sustainability Issues, challenges, and opportunities

Phase 2: Scan

The Sustainability Scan executed by our C-SBT team will be charged at a minimum of xxxxx€ for a minimum two-day/two whole-day intervention including pre and post-work, excluding travel and accommodation billed at an agreed cost.

Phase 3: Roadmap

with the C-SBT Officer to lead the Transformation If we agree a Chief SBT Officer/Team will be engaged, a minimum one-day intervention a month at xxxxx€ a whole day, excluding travel and accommodation billed at the agreed cost, but including mail and telephone cost. Should extra time be required if we charged at xxxxx€ half a whole day? Based upon the needs of the transformation, specific expertise will be brought in and will be agreed upon upfront.

Phase 4: Implementation

Transformation Towards Sustainable Business – Implement with the  SBT Team (incl. Sustainable CFO + unique experts based upon unique requirements as a member of your transformation team, a minimum of xxxxx€ a whole day/month,   to be agreed upon plan and needs.
