Lehlogonolo Moseri

Lehlogonolo is the Founding Director of Mosa Green Consulting, an organization that addresses and provides strategic sustainable solutions for Environmental Management and Social Impact Management services.  She has led various Mining, infrastructure, and development projects within the African Continent, in the government and private sectors. 

She advocates and advice on industry issues with a focus on Climate change,  sustainability, and socio-economic matters for the organization, community, and workforce, coupled with a  strong emphasis on achieving sustainable development goals because she knows that Africa still holds the power to take the key role for a more sustainable and economic planet. She is a sector lead for Environmental sustainability and Climate change at WECONA, (The Women’s Economic Assembly), launched by the office of the presidency as a multi-stakeholder initiative with the Private Sector, Civic Society, and Public sector,  whose mandate emerging from Pillar 5 of the Gender-Based Violence and Femicide National Strategic Plan, and dedicated to Economic Power. Lehlogonolo is the recipient of the 2020 top 100   global inspirational women in Mining award, awarded globally by the Women in Mining United Kingdom to top women across the globe who are contributing to stronger, safer, and more sustainable mining industry.  She also receives the Mandela Washington Fellowship, an initiative of the US state department. Lehlogonolo has also received the Inspiring-Fifty award, an award issued by the Kingdom of the Netherlands to women worldwide carrying impactful work in the STEM field.

Roel Castelein

Paul was born and bred in Australia. He is an avid believer and promoter of Sustainability. He is a well-seasoned business growth professional. He is a certified executive business coach, a master expert in change management, Innovation, and performance coaching with a high entrepreneurial drive. 

Striving for business excellence, he founded Antworks Consulting in partnership with Brian Tracy Solutions to partner with clients to help them be the best version of themselves and deliver sustainable business growth & high impact.

Before establishing his firm, He cumulated over 20+ years of rich & in-depth business growth experience working in fast-paced, blue-chip global & regional corporations such as (Australian Government Ogilvy & Mather, Procter & Gamble; Leo Burnett; DENTSU, LBCI; Henry Ford Health System; Vision 2030 among others.)
